The purpose of the Art Club
is broaden idividuals' intrest in the visual arts, to participate in
the arts and to make connections with the art community. This club is
open to any student interested in participating in a variety of art
activities which may include anything from painting a snowplow to attending
a theatrical performance. Also, we often provide art for several school
functions. Most activities occur after school or on weekends. Come join
the most active art club in the north state.

among their chapter memberships CSF ideal of of servive to their communities.

Club Interact has been introduced
by Mrs. Ramirez and was founded on the premise of international interaction.
We are affiliated with Redding East Rotary. Our goal is to do one service
project for the local community, and one international project. Right
now we are fundraising to get water pumps for third world countries
that have no water system.

Photography Club

Every year since 1980, we
have created 30-miniute multi-projector slide shows set to the music
of each year. These shows focus on the graduating class of that year
and are shown at the farewell assembly, welcoming assembly, and again
at class reuinions. Meetings increase in April and May as we plan the
slide show .
Students also create and
bring in photographs on a variety of subjects for friendly critique
in club competitions. Ribbons are awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places and
honorable mentions. Please come and join us for an active and creative
club.

adventure club is comprised of students inteerested in learning about
caring for a variety of animals that they then take to the local elementry
schools in order to teach others about the amnimals' care and natural
habitat. as a secondary goal, the science adventure club travels to
various locations ,,such
as Hawaii and Crater Lake,, to learn more about other climates and cultures.
