2. E-mail—send e-mail with an attachment to the test proctor
3. Internet—research and copy the information to a word processing document
4. General computer knowledge—forty multiple-choice questions (70% accuracy required)
5. PowerPoint presentation—create presentation as instructed
6. Web page design—create one-page Web page with Internet links
7. Spreadsheet—insert formulas for calculating
8. Database—create and run query on simple database
9. Desktop publishing—insert information in the form of a newsletter
10. Networking – forty multiple-choice questions over basic networking information
